Pakistani citizens need a Schengen short-stay visa for Croatia. Croatia is a full Schengen member and issues type C visas for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Apply to Croatia if it is your main destination or, for equal stays, your first point of entry. The adult fee is €90 (€45 for ages 6–12). Pakistan is not on Croatia's listed VFS Global countries, so check the Croatian MFA page for the competent embassy or consulate and lodge there or as instructed.

Croatia belongs to the Schengen area, so Pakistani passport holders need a short-stay type C Schengen visa for a holiday on the Adriatic, a family visit or short business. A Croatian Schengen visa follows the same 90 days in any 180-day period rule as other Schengen states. Pakistan sits on the EU list of nationalities that need a visa, so there is no visa-free entry on an ordinary Pakistani passport.

Apply for a Croatian visa when Croatia is your only destination, where you will spend the most nights, or where the main purpose of the trip takes place. If several Schengen countries share equal stays, apply to the first one you enter. The European Commission lists the fee at €90 for adults and €45 for children aged 6 to 12, with children under 6 free. A visa centre may charge an extra service fee where one is used.

Croatia's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs says applications go to the competent Croatian embassy or consulate or to a VFS Global centre in countries where Croatia has outsourced lodging. Pakistan does not appear on Croatia's published VFS country list, so residents of Pakistan should follow the MFA guidance: use the nearest competent Croatian mission, or the mission Croatia designates for Pakistan, and fill the online form at crovisa.mvep.hr before lodging in person with fingerprints. The online form at crovisa.mvep.hr can be completed in English before you print and sign it for lodging.

You will need a passport valid for at least three months after leaving the Schengen area, the signed application form, an ICAO photo, travel medical insurance of at least €30,000, proof of purpose, funds, accommodation and intention to return. Lodge no earlier than six months and normally at least 15 days before travel. Decisions usually take up to 15 calendar days and can extend to 45 days if more examination is needed.

European Commission 2024 consulate statistics list no Croatia consulate in Pakistan, so there is no official refusal figure for applications lodged in Pakistan. Use Croatia's official visa pages and the European Commission applying page for fees and rules. Even with a visa, border officers decide entry and the stay stamped in your passport.
