Pakistani passport holders can get Cambodia’s e-Visa entirely online at evisa.gov.kh, where Pakistan is listed in both the nationality and passport-country fields. The site promises no embassy visits: the approved e-Visa is emailed or downloaded from ‘Check & Change’, and you print it to show immigration on arrival. The tourist Visa T costs US$30 and the business Visa E US$35; both are single entry, valid for 3 months from issue, with a stay of up to one month. Processing is given as 3 business days, an estimate that can vary. The e-Visa is only accepted at certain checkpoints, including Techo International, Siem Reap Angkor and Sihanoukville airports, and every traveller must also file the online e-Arrival form.

For Pakistani passport holders, a trip to Cambodia starts with an online visa application, and that is all it takes. Cambodia’s official e-Visa website, evisa.gov.kh, accepts Pakistan as both country of nationality and country of passport. It promises no embassy visits: you apply, pay and receive the approved visa online, then print it for the airport.

The government portal is linked from the website of Cambodia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, so start there or type evisa.gov.kh yourself. Holiday travellers choose Visa T, the tourist e-Visa, at US$30. Business visitors choose Visa E at US$35. Both are single entry, valid for three months from the date of issue, and allow a stay of up to one month.

The form is short but precise. You need a passport valid for more than six months when you enter Cambodia, a recent digital photo in JPEG or PNG format on a white background, wearing a suit and under 2 MB, and uploads of your passport bio page and cover. You also give an address in Cambodia, your intended entry and exit dates and your ports, then pay by Visa or MasterCard.

Processing is listed as 3 business days, though the site’s terms say this is an estimate. The approved e-Visa arrives by email or can be downloaded from the ‘Check & Change’ section; embassies cannot check its status. Print the certificate and travel on the same passport you applied with. Since 1 August 2026, certificates carry a QR code rather than a barcode.

Where you cross matters. The e-Visa is accepted at Techo International, Siem Reap Angkor and Sihanoukville airports, and at the Bavet and Tropaeng Kreal land borders, while Cham Yeam and Poipet are temporarily closed to e-Visa entry. Every traveller must also complete the online e-Arrival form, ideally within seven days before arrival. Cambodia publishes no approval rate for Pakistani applicants.

Quick answers

FAQ

Do Pakistanis need a visa for Cambodia?

Yes, but you can get it online. Pakistani passport holders can apply for Cambodia’s e-Visa at evisa.gov.kh, where Pakistan is listed as an accepted nationality and passport country.

Do I have to visit the Cambodian embassy?

No. The official website advertises no embassy visits. The approved e-Visa is sent by email or can be downloaded from the ‘Check & Change’ section, and embassies cannot check your application status for you.

How much does the Cambodia e-Visa cost?

US$30 for the tourist Visa T and US$35 for the business Visa E, paid online by Visa or MasterCard.

How long is the e-Visa valid, and how long can I stay?

Both e-Visas are single entry and valid for 3 months from the date of issue, with a stay of up to one month in Cambodia.

How long does processing take?

The website gives 3 business days. Its terms say processing times are estimates and can vary, so leave a margin before your flight.

What photo and documents do I need?

A passport valid for more than six months when you enter, a recent passport-size digital photo in JPEG or PNG on a white background, wearing a suit and no larger than 2 MB, and uploads of your passport bio page and cover. The form also asks for your address in Cambodia, travel dates and ports.

Which airports and borders accept the e-Visa?

Techo International (KTI), Siem Reap Angkor (SAI) and Sihanoukville airports (not cruise ships), plus the Bavet border with Vietnam and the Tropaeng Kreal border with Laos. Cham Yeam and Poipet are temporarily closed to e-Visa entry.

What if I enter at a checkpoint that does not take the e-Visa?

The official FAQ says travellers at checkpoints that do not accept the e-Visa can get a visa on arrival there. Plan your route around an accepted port if you want to use the e-Visa.

What do I show at immigration?

Print your e-Visa certificate and present it with the same passport you used to apply. Certificates issued from 1 August 2026 carry a QR code instead of a barcode.

Is there another online form besides the visa?

Yes. All travellers must complete the Cambodia e-Arrival form online, ideally within 7 days before arrival.

Is the approval rate published?

No. Cambodia does not publish an official approval or refusal rate for Pakistani applicants.
